Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern your financial contribution to SOURCE, operated by House of Deep GmbH. By subscribing to SOURCE, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Contribution Model

SOURCE operates on a community-funded model. Your monthly contribution is not a transaction for a commercial service — it is your stake in a real-world community movement. In return, you receive full access to SOURCE's curated event programme, community network, and experiences.

2. Subscription & Billing

• —The minimum monthly contribution is CHF 35, billed in Swiss Francs.
• —Members may choose to contribute a higher amount to support the community. Your chosen amount becomes your recurring monthly charge and will continue at that level until you adjust it in the app.
• —Payments are processed securely by Payrexx, our third-party payment provider. SOURCE does not store your full card details.
• —You will receive a digital receipt for each billing cycle.

3. All-Inclusive Model

Typical SOURCE events are designed to be all-inclusive. Your monthly contribution covers entry and the standard event experience. Any deviations for a specific event — such as optional extras — will be communicated clearly in advance.

4. Free Membership

SOURCE offers a free membership tier with limited access. Free members can view the SOURCE feed and access selected posts and events. Most content, including the majority of events, requires an active paid membership. Content not included in the free tier is visible in the feed with a "members only" indicator.

5. Cancellation

• —You may cancel your SOURCE membership at any time through the app or by contacting us at payments@source-app.xyz.
• —Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.
• —No refund is issued for unused days within the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

SOURCE contributions are non-refundable. No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation. SOURCE does not offer yearly payment plans.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of House of Deep GmbH in cases of documented technical error or duplicate charge. To request a review, contact us at payments@source-app.xyz within 14 days of the charge in question.

7. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our contribution pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use of SOURCE after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to SOURCE may be suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved.
