Welcome to SOURCE. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOURCE app and services, operated by House of Deep GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using SOURCE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SOURCE.

1. About SOURCE

SOURCE is a membership-based community platform designed to facilitate real-world connection through curated cultural experiences. SOURCE is not a social media platform, marketplace, or entertainment service. It is a community movement — built by its members, for its members.

2. Eligibility

• —You must be at least 18 years of age to use SOURCE.
• —By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• —SOURCE reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.

3. Account & Sign In

You may create a SOURCE account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Membership & Access

SOURCE offers two membership tiers:

• —Free membership: Grants access to the SOURCE feed, including selected posts and events marked as available to all members. Most content and events are reserved for paid members and will be visible in the feed with a "members only" indicator.
• —Paid membership: Grants full access to SOURCE events, community spaces, and all experiences as curated by House of Deep GmbH. Access to events is subject to capacity, availability, and member standing.

SOURCE events are unique and non-recurring. No event will be repeated. The FOMO page may display past events to non-members for the purpose of illustrating the SOURCE experience.

5. Community Standards

SOURCE is built on the principle of real, honest human connection. All members are expected to:

• —Treat fellow members and staff with respect and dignity
• —Engage in good faith and with openness
• —Refrain from any behaviour that harasses, intimidates, or excludes others
• —Not record, photograph, or share other members' likeness without explicit consent

Violation of community standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from SOURCE without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the SOURCE app — including branding, event materials, design, text, and imagery — is the property of House of Deep GmbH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use SOURCE content without prior written consent.

7. User Content

If SOURCE enables members to submit content (e.g., photos, comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant SOURCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for community and promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• —Use SOURCE for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the SOURCE platform
• —Share your membership access with non-members
• —Use SOURCE to promote external commercial interests without consent
• —Disrupt or interfere with the technical operation of the app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Deep GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SOURCE. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SOURCE or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the app and require your explicit re-acceptance before continued use. Minor updates may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
